Products ordered from the Celebrity Slim website can only be shipped to UK and Northern Ireland. We cannot offer a delivery service out of these areas.
Although Celebrity Slim aims to offer you the best service possible, Celebrity Slim makes no promise that the services and products will meet with your requirements. Postage and packing is currently charged at £2.95 per transaction, or FREE with orders over £30. Delivery can take between 2-7 working days.
Please note, heavy/bulky items may be subject to extra delivery charges. In this event, we will contact you and advise you accordingly.
The customer shall inspect the items immediately upon receipt and must notify Celebrity Slim within seven calendar days of any discrepancy or any damaged goods.
Celebrity Slim reserves the right to refuse sales at our discretion if we believe there is a fraudulent credit card use. You may be asked to provide further proof of your identity and/or proof of credit card. Failure to do so will result in termination of the transaction.
You will be notified by email if Celebrity Slim cancels your order or if your credit card has been declined.
For security reasons Celebrity Slim will log your IP address. Details of all fraudulent transactions will be passed on to the relevant authorities.
If, within seven calendar days, you no longer require all or part of your order, providing that the product remains unopened and in its original packaging, the item may be returned at the customer's cost for a full refund excluding postage.
